Special Needs and Student Housing Services

The Special Needs and Student Housing Services are in response to a growing demand from organizations and individuals that need housing that they can move into without worrying about furniture, setting up or paying for utilities, phones, cable, etc.  We provide a worry free living environment.  

Students stay focused on your education while we deliver a relaxed, quiet living environment that also helps reduce your housing costs with roomates.  Who says you have to leave home behind when you head off to school.

1. Obtain & complete Application at time of viewing unit 
2. Submit completed Application along with a copy of  Driver’s License, $45.00 application fee, per adult (over 18 years old), and $100.00 Hold Deposit.

3. Make Application fee and $100.00 Hold Deposit on Website (PayPal).  All major credit cards accepted. If making payment through PayPal, add $18.00 for processing fee.
